Cancel before dispatch
Email Support@hoopstore-dxb.com with your order number. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel it and refund amounts paid. After dispatch, request a return under this policy.
Eligible returns
Request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact, and accompanied by your order number or invoice. Try footwear indoors on a clean surface; worn shoes cannot be returned.
Exclusions
Customised/personalised items, gift cards, final-sale items, and opened hygiene products may be excluded where permitted by law. These exclusions do not limit mandatory legal rights.
Wrong, damaged or faulty items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos. We will assess the issue and provide a remedy required by applicable law; where appropriate, we will arrange replacement or refund and cover return shipping.
How to return and shipping costs
Email us first and wait for return instructions. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping unless law requires otherwise. We cover return shipping for confirmed wrong, damaged or faulty items.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method after inspection, within the timeframe required by law and payment providers. Exchanges depend on stock; price differences may apply.
International orders
Destination-country duties and taxes may be payable by the customer. International return shipping is customer-paid unless the item is faulty/wrong or law requires otherwise.
