These supplied policies require UAE compliance review and confirmation of VAT, shipping operations and privacy practices.
This guarantee is not currently confirmed as an active offer. The claim deadline and per-customer limit require confirmation.
If offered, we may match a lower price for the identical product from an authorised UAE retailer, subject to the conditions below.
Eligible price
The item must match brand, model, colour, size and condition; be in stock; and be available to the public in AED. The comparison is based on total price including shipping and mandatory fees.
Excluded offers
We do not match used or grey-market items, third-party marketplace listings, clearance or liquidation offers, member-only or bundle prices, coupon/bank/loyalty offers, pricing errors, or out-of-stock products.
How to claim
Email Support@hoopstore-dxb.com with your order number or product details, competitor name, and a link or dated screenshot. We may verify price and stock. If approved, any adjustment or refund is made using the original payment method, subject to processing times.
Before publication
Confirm the claim deadline and any per-customer limit, or remove this policy if the guarantee will not be offered.
