Orders & delivery
How fast is delivery in the UAE?+
Available destinations, shipping fees and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery estimates run from dispatch and are not guarantees.
Do you ship internationally?+
We deliver to destinations available at checkout. Customers may be responsible for destination-country customs duties, taxes and fees.
Can I pay cash on delivery?+
Cash on delivery is available across the UAE. Pay online instead and we add a free Hoopstore tote to your order.
Product & sizing
Are the sneakers 100% authentic?+
Every pair is sourced as official distributor stock for Rigorer and Volanti, authorised retail stock for 361° and Qiaodan, and verified supply for Li-Ning and Flashback. No replicas, ever.
How do the sizes run?+
Most models run true to US sizing. Qiaodan is generous in the forefoot and suits wide feet; Volanti race models fit snug. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll size you in a minute.
Do you do team kits?+
Yes. Team pricing starts at 8 pieces, with club names and numbers printed in Dubai. Send your roster through the contact form.
Payments & returns
Do prices include VAT?+
Prices are shown in AED. Any applicable taxes and charges must be clearly shown before payment; VAT registration is being confirmed.
What is your returns policy?+
Request eligible returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact. Email Support@hoopstore-dxb.com for instructions. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Tabby instalments and cash on delivery inside the UAE.
